Night Calls

Arthur Conan Doyle and his mentor, Dr. Joseph Bell, attempt to track down the perpetrator of several assaults on prostitutes. Meanwhile, Doyle meets and falls in love with beautiful fellow student Elspeth Scott. And, as always, Doyle`s experiences provide him with the material that he will one day use to create the tales of legendary detective Sherlock Holmes. The novelist, David Pirie, is also a scriptwriter, and has presented this storyline previously as part of a TV series, MURDER ROOMS: THE DARK BEGINNINGS OF SHERLOCK HOLMES.
